FANI WILLIS GHOSTS COURT, LOSES BIG IN RECORDS LAWSUIT

Fulton County DA Fani Willis just got benched for ignoring a lawsuit from Judicial Watch over her secret chats with Jack Smith and the January 6 Committee.

The judge ruled she broke Georgia’s Open Records Act, calling her out for failing to respond or even show up.

Now, Willis has five days to hand over emails, letters, and other receipts—or explain why they don’t exist.

Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton didn’t hold back, calling this a first in 30 years and slamming her “collusion” with DC power players in her Trump prosecution.
